- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Door to the lobby never unlocks after branch hours. I've reported the issue 2 to 3 times over 1 to 2 years with no results. The service manager pretends to help and tries to talk sweet without addressing the real problem. When asked for real help, she showed the true underlying behavior - which is RUDE. Some of the staff at this location needs to learn from the staff at Middlesex Ave branch - that is hardly 2 miles apart - on how they serve the customers at their branch.By shop shop, September 07, 2017
